Ecas - Tracking spouse's application.

Hello Folks,


How to track spouse's application in ecas? It says “We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.” if I enter my wife's details such as UCI#,DOB and Last name.

I have recently included my spouse's application in to my current PR application, we both received Medical request and I can see “Medical has been received “in my ecas profile. However If I try to enter my spouses details nothing displaying.

You can not track your spouse in ECAS if you are the principal applicant. It only shows yours. The only way to check if your spouse has been added is to order the GCMS note.
