ECAS status

Hi Guys,

I received my application file number in March and I still cannot view me ECAS (online status), it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided".

anyone has or had the same problem? I double checked my information many times, no luck.

Hi

I have same problem. Received my uci and other details before 2 days. Still can't login to ecas. I called them today and told them about this problem. They asked for screenshot which I sent today. And they will get back within 24 hours. So I guess latest by Monday evening. Well that's what they are saying anyway.

I was able to log in eventually, they messed up my given name, I sent them an email to correct my name on their file though and they said they did. Thanks!
