ECAS Status removed and no updates on MyCIC !!

Hello everyone;
FSW OUTLAND

My ECAS Status was 3 lines and it was removed, no access at all right now!!
My AOR 12 Nov, had ECAS access 10 days after submitting and lost access at the mid of December!
Last update on MyCIC was on 20th of November!!
Medicals passed
Schedule A requesred and submitted
BG Declaration requested and submitted
BG check is not started yet !!

Is this normal ?? I started to get worried !! What should i do ??

It's perfectly normal. It is the same case for everyone. Just sit back and be patient. There is nothing you can do. ECAS seems to have been removed completely for EE applicants as it was redundant. You applied in November, there are people from July/Aug/Sept who have been waiting in your same situation for a long time now. So it is perfectly normal and nothing out of the ordinary.

What is the way to communicate with CIC officer if anything goes wrong with the application?

I had an issue with the medcs and nor the Embassy or the CIC are updating or attending to my emails/notes?

What exactly is the problem with your medicals?

You can raise a Case Specific Enquiry and inform them of any change or issue with your application. You will however have to wait at least 30 working days before they can respond to your query.

I found out that the IT guy who filled the E-medical at the clinic wrote silly note (Original Passports were not presented), while they confirmed over the phone that I can bring only copies... the embassy contacted me (I guess its the same VO processing my application) and request me to get back to them... I did and the clinic sent an email that all was okay...

NOW Im not getting any feedback ... sent 3 emails now and tried to call the embassy BUT no answer whatsoever .. filled a case and nothing as well..

You have no idea how it feels...
