Ecas Status "Decision Made"

Well i Sponsered my husband and in March we got a letter saying send passport and remaining fee from chc ND.....................after that we were expecting visa but they sent a letter on april 19th for interview in new delhi ..............i seen it on the ecas same day but we got the letter on 25th so interview was on May 4th .................there were very few days in between the interview date and on the date we got the letter ..................is there any change in there process it happened with many people ....................then we both went to interview .............the lady officer took 1 hour for qestions ...............but expect 2 or 3 questions she never asked cross questions she asked my husband diffrent questions and to me those were different...............so at the end she said our senior officers are not present today so we will talk to them and notify you and also returned the passport....one more thing was that they returned all passports that day...........but never said that we have any problems from this marriage or tried to let us down .......................so anyways yesterday ecas status changed to decision made ................that office will contact concerning decision on your application ......................now im worried what it should be .............passport request again ?..............or something else ..............please if anyone can suggest...........
 
when she return back passport why you did't asked to her? you can ask well madam fi you have to discues so why u r returning passport...
then may be u can get some clue.
She was Indian IO there or white girl?
 
Not to put you down here but there is a 99% chance that your relationship was not genuine through the eyes of your IO and therefore the DM letter is to let you know of your right to appeal his/her decision.

From what you mentioned about the PP being given back to you without them giving you reasons. I think that was them saying "sorry, you have to try harder again"

Good luck with the letter and let us know if it is a positive or negative decision. Nothing is greater then praying and having faith in god!
 
Hi there,

Well we were applying through Jamaica. But about a month back my husbands ecase status changed to 'Decision Made' about 6 weeks after his interview - I was sooo nervous and thought something was wrong. The note said the exact same thing that we would be contacted by the office. 1 week later we got a call for passport processing - and now he's home.

I hope this is the same for you!

Then Came to CHC New Delhi :- We started processing xxxxxxxxxxxxxx's application on March 19, 2010.

xxxxxxxxxxx's interview is May 4, 2010.

A decision has been made on xxxxxxxxxxxx's application. The office will contact xxxxxxxxxxxx concerning this decision.

Just Now I received email response from CHC - New Delhi for my Case Enquiry Send on May 10, 2010. They Responded on May 18th, 2010.

Do You Think they will notify me if there is any Interview after 120 days. As I mentioned they returned all our Wedding Photographs on March 04, 2010. We are were worried about this Interview Call after 4 months. This is our First Marriage, Stayed in USA for 2.5 years, our Son is born in USA, right now my husband is in Montreal and Contacted MP office.

Is the Below eMail response is the Invitation for Interview Call?
Why did they took 4 months to decide for Interview, if any?

Any Advise or Suggestions?
