ECas status changed to Decision Made now what

Friends:

After two weeks I sent my Passport ( based on email PPR ) the ECas status says Decision Made. (New Delhi CHC Office)

I think this is nice news. I think I can presume NO REJECTION.

Can still the following be done ?

a. background check again ( I have never lived in another country other than India)

b. Interview schedule

c. Most likely what I believe is Visa is stamped and I have to wait for Passport to come back to me.

Any one had any of these conditions ?

As far as I know, PPR and "decision made" means that you're done and that all you need to do is to wait for the passport to return with the visa in it.
