Remedical request on September 28, 2021
Remedical done on October 1, 2021
Today my application status on Ecas was changed from "in process" to "application received", and file transferred to Paris VO.
What do you think guys? Am I close to receive PPR after that long journey?

I wish for your sake it means PPR is close by. That's a very long wait.
Where in your status did you see the file transferred?
Hi, my Ecas changed back to In Process today. Hope can receive some positive news soon
Good thing . How long it will take back to in process . And which office is your file .
