I got GMCS note today. It looks like my file was transferred to Winnipeg on 03/04/2021 and then got digitized earlier this month on 07/07/2021. So it took 4 months to scan my files into the system? Am I reading this right? @bbjeon38 do you have any insights on this?
CIO sent your application to Winnipeg on Feb/4th. Winnipeg office received your application on Mar/04. I don't know what Digitized is. Location is Registry in my last GCMS. I guess that Inventory-SPR is kind of box or self for sponsorship which transferred application is stored. What is your ecas status? Application received or in process?

Yes, you reading everything right. First they put your application on turtle or slime to transfer it then they realize that they need to digitize/scan it. Of course they have only one scanner for entire IRCC ministry, that’s why 4 months to scan. Not surprised that why they don’t scan first and then transfer online via seconds vs sending paper copy on a turtle/slime

It’s still Application Received. I guess it is still in queue to be assigned. Also the lock-in date is August 2019 instead of my AR June 2020. Wondering why that is.

Is your friend MPNP? Do you know what was the submission date of his application for PNP?
