ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

Hi guys, I got the same situation. My status changed from "In Process" to "Application received". I have no idea what's happening... Someone said this is because the file is transferred to the local visa office. I also applied for ATIP request yesterday. I am an inland applicant.
My timeline:
June 23, 2020 - AR
January 12, 2021 - AOR
January 18, 2021 - Biometrics
March 9, 2021 - Status changed from IP to AR

I been through same thing
When they changed the status from in process to received means your application transferred to another visa office for more investigation

There are a bunch of applications in the same situation lately, maybe something else is going on, I don't think they are just transferring the complex ones only at this point.

You'd better call CIC for details. I called them and confirmed my file is transferred to the local visa office...

Yeah I have to wake up till midnight for call coz of time difference. I have applied for GCMS notes too.

does anyone has information on how long it takes if someone has a pending H & C application ,
We have a pending H & C application since June 2020 and we got biometric instructions , we submitted HCW application via our lawyer and added the cover letter asking them to transfer H & C to HCW .
we applied for HCW on 9th of February, received AOR 24th of February , we are yet to receive any update since then , but when we tracked the application it marked
1 Application received
2. Application is in process
Fear and anxiety has been our breakfast and dinner , please advise

Hi, senior. My application seems to be going to be complex. My office looks like be in transit from CIO to notorious Etobicoke because of eligibility. My secondary office was Ottawa in the previous GCMS note. It is Etobicoke now. File transferring has started on Feb/20, 2020 when my medical was passed. My Ecas has not been changed from In process to Application received yet. Does anybody see this kind of case? Please advise.

DEC/08_2020 - Acknowledge Of Receipt (AOR)
DEC/17_2020 - Biometric done
DEC/28_2020 - Upfront medical
DEC/30_2020 - Received Medical Request (MR)
Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass
Medical/Criminality pass, Eligibility/Security not started.

You may be same with my case. TFR-Eligibility. Which province did you apply from? Are your family all in Canada? I am from OINP and all family members are in Canada.
