Mine changed in 1st week of April to AR from IP .waiting for it to change again to IP so that everything will be done .
ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

Status is still as AR first time i checked was in may 2019... since then its the same.
I am posting this on behalf of friend :
he is OUTLAND applicant.
He was in process .... then Application receive ....now In process agin since 2 Weeks . Once it became in process he received Pre Arrival Service letter since 2 weeks .
Still he did not receive any medical instructions yet although he is done with biometric.
Why no medical request yet although Pre Arrival Service received !what does it mean ?
Is eligiblity done ? any more documents to be received ?
