ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

The underlined status in ECAS was always "In Process" since AOR until after 13 months, it changed to "Application Received".

Does anyone see this before ??? What does this mean???

thanks for the updates. but I just got my notes which is ordered sometime before this ECAS changed to App Received. I did not see any activities done by other offices except for CIO.

Hi, My status was changed from In Process to Application Received at beginning of Apr and yesterday it was changed back to In process. Does it mean I will receive MR soon? I'm outland paper-based, AR May 29, 2018 and AOR Jul 31, 2018.
