I have almost same timeline
AR june2018
MR may 1 2019
MP may 2019
IP to.AR june first week 2019
Nothing since then
Ecas is still application recived
What is ECAS status now
Same thing happened to me ..I applied December 2018 ..aor march 2019 ..MR September 2019 ..on ecas show me medical results have been received..but from yesterday they put my file status on Application received to in process ...what’s this mean ?
Do you know when do they check admissibility ?
My transfer reason shows Tfr Admissibility (CIO)
File transfer initiated on 15 august 2019 and application received by Local visa office( Ottawa IRCC) on October 31 2019.

Criminality passed medical passed but eligibility and security shows not started .
