Ecas not working

Feb 04,2013 the e-cas was disappeared on my brother federal skilled application visa office london and on feb 10 its back to normal/appeared without any change
Feb 06 the e-cas of my son sponsorship application was not working visa office islamabad and it's still disapear the reason to update my son application.
note: Feb 04 to now the e-cas is working fine to show my citizenship application status .
Patience chc visa's office update the files .

Decision Made on 3rd feb and from 4th february E-Cas is down i dont think its related to updating the ECAS.

has anyone got a decent answer from CIC on this??.. i cannot log in since early - mid december...and didnt get any reply from the VO
haven't been able to log in since the 3rd.. i was finally able to log in today and there is one update on my file.
