ECAS & Medicals Received?

When the application is 'In Process' does everyone get to see the message 'Medicals Received' on ECAS? Are there any circumstances where it only tells "We started processing your application on XXX date" and that's it, no other update? The next is you wait for decision made and notification for PPR via email/letter? Pls share your views & experience.

Yes, in my case in ecas it only tells me "We started processing your application on XXX date" and the date my husband's interview was scheduled, and that's it. My husband redone his medicals but ecas has not been updated and will not be updated. London tells me that the next update that I will see on ecas is after they put the visa in my husband's passport; that's when they will update it saying "decision made." I suppose it depends on the visa office that is processing your application, some visa offices provide more updates on ecas than others, but I do know that London does not provide any updates at all.
