Yes "global case management system". They have to create an entry before they assign you file number. These are things that work on background. Anytime they review your application, entry will be made in GCMS system. What you see on ECAS ( Electronic Client App Status ), is information pulled from GCMS.

There is no point ordering GCMS notes now, wait for at least 3-4 months once the application goes to Manila.
