Ecas does not update!

They sent the request on sept.17 and another letter on sept.18 but we didnt receive either request. Maybe it was not sent to correct address or something. I emailed webform stating we didnt receive the request at all.

Did you applied application yourself or through lawyer? If through lawyer everything will be sent to him. If you applied it comes to email if you haven’t linked your application online. Check your email spam folder

I’m not sure about this thing. If they gonna cancel your application for being incomplete if would be done earlier. I will suggest to talk to your lawyer and ask him to check his email
