ECAS DM BUT GC KEY STILL PROCESSING

Hello Guys,
applied for pr application in April
file received by cic on april 6 ,2018, after that medical passed and everything . On nov 11, status changed to dm on ecas and also received pre arrival services email same day however on gc key , its still showing we are processing eligibility and no final decision on gc key yet. very confused. It's been 17 days since status changed to dm on ecas.?

This is very common. You can call and see f there was a missed communication but generally there is a breif waiting period

Also,The email for pre arrival services letter was the first email since my file was tranferred to NDVO on August 31,2018. Should I wait for some time before emailing NDVO to inquire about it ?

AM Also in the same boat. Nov 14th prearrival and next day DM but no PPR or any updates after that from LVO. Its bn 10 days. We sent a mail to LVO no reply.

They did not reply but sent PPR instead. Mail was "case specific inquiry - application number _____" as the subject and body was requesting status update since Ecase showed DM.

I sent an email to NDVO on Monday and got ppr on Wednesday.
