ECas confusion - Need help

I logged in to ECas for first time since my application in 2010(Don't ask why).
It has two lines in my name with two underlined status.

Permanent Residence Application Status

HARJOT SINGH Decision Made

When I click on In Process link It gives me detail as

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2010.

2.We started processing your application on May 9, 2012.

3.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 9, 2012 to Sco 74-75 Sector 8c, Madhya Marg C/O Surjit Singh Brar, Chandigarh, India, 160009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

4.Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 9, 2012.

5.Interview scheduled for November 6, 2014.

6.Medical results have been received.

And when I click on Decsion Made status it shows as

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 29, 2010.

2.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What does this mean? What is most likely result?

I have been asked to submit RPRF and medicals in same letter(That was back in November. Medicals done on November 15 and RPRF submitted along with the result.). I received a letter today asking me to submit passport copies for me and my spouse.

Which ECA organization is best ICAS, WES or..

Besides BIT (Al-khair University) and MCS (PAF-KIET), I have two qualifications one relate to USA that is FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) from LOMA (Life office Management association and other relate to UK ACII (Associate Chartered Insurance Institute) from CII, London, exams of these were conducted in Karachi Pakistan,but the institutes are in USA & UK respectively. I have searched but could not able to find solution on WES & ICAS websites.
Please guide and oblige.

No. there is no change in passport for anyone. I sent the copies of passport with medicals as well.

Did u receive a letter asking you to submit original passports? or passport copies? If they asked you to submit original passports then you are going to hear a good news very soon.
