ecas closed on the weekend?

Anyone else notice that ecas is not accessible on weekends? Despite the cic website claiming that it can be used "24 hours a day, 7 days a week; anytime, anywhere" I can never access it on weekends.

That's normal. There may be maintenance happening over the weekend. Especially on Sundays.
Check back tomorrow at 9 am your local time zone

In my case ecas was inaccessible on Saturday and I could see my file updated on Sunday.
