eCas acting up?

Okay so this is the second time that we were requested documents. The first time in December and the second time in March. The second time we sent out requested documents a week later. After a month I asked my MP about the status of my application and she asked me if I had replied to the email requesting documents, I told her yes. She asked because she said there was still nothing showing up in the system that stated they received my email.

On top of that I logged into my eCas today to still see this message

"We sent you correspondence on March 28, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

Does that mean that they still havent looked at our requested documents?? Or is it just that they havent updated their system??

technically information reflected on eCAS should be true status of you file.

but majority of the cased that not the true.

if you ask this to CIC they would pick the an answer that fits the best at that time

Okay so in that case I should assume that they still havent received the 2 emails that I have sent them. ((I know the emails went through because I got the confirmation email right after.))

Is there anything I can do? I want to order my notes but from what my MP told me, they havent updated the system in a while.

I have been sending emails back and forth with them and I have...

4. We sent you correspondence on January...
5. We sent you correspondence on March...
6. We sent you correspondence on April...

They have never added a "we received your reply" status. So, there's no reason to assume they haven't received it, because they probably wouldn't tell you anyway. In fact you shouldn't really assume anything from a lack of information on ECAS because they are terrible at updating it in general.
