one of the requirement from WES to send the marksheets directly from the institution or can I send WES the copies?

"Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations"

How can I request the institution or university?

As far as my experience and knowledge, move direct to university where u studied and get the attestation on mark sheets and certificate covered by the university envelop and enclosed seal. then u send it to WES ,,,, simple,,,,

I have the mark sheets. Cant I send directly..i reside in Dubai I don't know what to do?

Better to send somebody inplace of u along with ur both original certificates and mark sheets to university. Anyone can submit the documents inplace of candidate in office and it will get back the same day from the university.please go ahead...
