I am applying for the express entry program soon. I'm already here in Toronto, with a full-time job that fills the NOC categories most suited. I'm on a working holiday visa now, which is valid until march 2017, so time is of the essence. I wanted to ask you guys the following questions:
Which organization is fastest for the ECA? Which one is the cheapest? And which one has less requirements? or
Which organization is best according to my circumstance?
These are the institutions that the government of Canada will accept for the ECAs:
Assessment of most foreign education
•Comparative Education Service: University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies (Date designated: April 17, 2013)
•International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (Date designated: April 17, 2013)
•World Education Services (Date designated: April 17, 2013)
•International Qualifications Assessment Service (Date designated: August 6, 2015) and
•International Credential Evaluation Service (Date designated: August 6, 2015)
