well if it doesnt 'want' to send its probably not a recognized school. so even if it sends you wont get an ECA.

It’s a High School Diploma, and I already got all the original documents.. that’s why... (they told me)

Take all the documents from school in a sealed envelope with stamp and sign on the lid and send it to WES directly.

Collect the documents. Put it in a sealed envelope. Let them stamp the back where it seals. Mail it yourself. End of story.
