Now if I just go with the ECA process, how can I contact my universities (Delhi University for B.Com) & (Maharshi Dayanad University, Rohtak for MBA).
It's quiet a tedious task to get it done from the university specially the seal and sign on the back flip of the enevelop. Do we need to send the request form to university. Shall I apply online now or later once I get the documents from the university.
Can someone guide me or any one who has completed ECA from anyone of the above mentioned universities.
I really want to start the procedure ASAP.
