ECA Provinces - IQAS

Hello everyone, I have two questions regarding ECA for immigration:
1) Does an ECA from a province (let's say IQAS - from Alberta-) work for all provinces (let's say I intend to apply for a Province nomination from BC)?
2) If I have two degrees, can I assess them in the same application or do I have to send separate forms? I've asked IQAS but I haven´t got a reply yet.

1) It doesn't matter that IQAS is in Alberta. What's important is that they are a designated org for ECAs.

2) Yes. IQAS charges per application, regardless of how many credentials you want assessed. Just ensure you include them in the relevant checklist/application forms.

I also used IQAS and had 3 items assessed in the same application.
