ECA Processing time.

Since I am unable to find current processing time for ECA by WES, IQAS, CES, ICAS, ICES or others, i would like to start this thread. Kindly let me know if i am duplicating the same. If so, will delete this.

Hi, I do agree with you. But mostly it varies time to time. Not sure if they have advanced on it. It will be nice if you could share your timelines.

IQAS - Good customer service so you know how your file is being processed and an expected time to get your ECA.

WES - Bad customer service so you don't know anything about your ECA processing except the online status.

Both have almost similar processing times.

I ordered WES on the 8th of February. My University sent the required documents on the 17 th of February (from Europe), it took around 10 business day to arrive. I got my WES on the 23rd of Marc by email, and by mail in few days later.
I had not to call costumer service so I can not say anything about them.
They did not need any other document which could cause delay.

I received my ECA by WES in 10 days only.

My evaluation is completed in 14 business days. To arrive in my adress it will take plus 5 days. 20 business days are the days when WES is working i.e Monday to Friday. 9 working days were taken by Wes to review my documents and 5 days for evaluating my documents. According to me Wes is good . you should keep in mind to send proper transcripts , degree photocopy and if possible a proof for date of birth. any govt issued document. write reference number on all documents.

took around 20 days total. 3/29 transcripts delivered by university. 5-7 business days for delivery (i estimate around 8th they were received by WES). i obtained the result on 4/27.

The entire process took only 11 business days.

It took me about 7 weeks to get things done with WES. They need to work better on picking up the phone and responding to emails.

I have a query guyz about ICES.

They are asking that awarding body should send the sealed documents directly to ICES.

As per my country requirement, ICES needs Secondary Education + Post Secondary i.e. two different body/institutions. If they both send directly to ICES then how ICES will merge two different couriers for one candidate?

Do we need to fill two forms in that case with two time payments?

Or can I sealed the documents and send by myself (but this is not allowed as per the ICES requirements)

I am confused here. What is the procedure should I follow
