ECA Organizations

Hello,

I am a Mechanical Engineer and I am about to apply with NOC2132.

I need to know that which ECA is the quickest and economical one. I have been suggested to go through WES but I saw that there two other ECA organizations which are little cheap compared to it. Those are IQAS AND ICES.

I have confirmation about WES but not sure about IQAS AND ICES. About their service and reliability.

Kindly Suggest.
