ECA of masters only, how to fill the PR application

I have done ECA for masters only.(Awaiting decision from ces)
My query is how to fill the PR official form? I mean do we not mention the bachelors at all during the entire procedure?
Ppl who have done ECA for masters only, how did you fill the form?

I only mentioned my masters in the Education section. That is the qualification I claimed points for, so that is the only one I mentioned.
