ECA not received yet

Hi all and Happy New YEAR!
One question, maybe someone can help me with an answer: I've send all the documentation for an ECA begin of December but I didn't received any feed-back yet. seen that all the acreditation process may take up to 15 weeks, do you know if I can have all the information I need to complete my EE profile sooner (on internet maybe? via email? if I contact the institution by phone?...)?

Have you checked the status on WES web site ??

Also did you send via courier ?? Is it delivered ?

I've sent my documents for acreditation to Univ. of Toronto (not WES) and there is no possibility to check on line the status. No, I didn't receive any documents, I think it's too soon. Anyone having the ECA via Univ of Toronto?

I have soft copy of ECA that downloaded from WES website. Hard copy yet to receive. Can I use this to submit my EOI????????
