I have a question regarding IQAS assessment.
I sent the docs to IQAS 2 months ago and i am still waiting for their confirmation if they have received my docs or not ( although i tracked courier company which shows it is being delivered).
I sent out an e-mail to IQAS as well, their statement was :
If you are able to track delivery of your application package and transcripts, and you have confirmation from a courier that they were delivered to the IQAS office, they are likely here for processing and recording in our system. As time is required to process mail and record information, emails confirming receipt of documents are sent sometimes several weeks after delivery. Please note, IQAS is currently processing mail received the week of November 1, 2018.
Can anyone confirm, is it the normal behavior they follow
I am worried because its been 2 months since docs are delivered but there is no confirmation communication from IQAS ( Rest process God knows how much time it will take ).
Please suggest.
