ECA from WES or ICAS or University of Toronto

Hi Guys,

1. Which is faster in generating then posting ECA report? WES or ICAS or University of Toronto?
2. Are the charges same for ECA across these portals

I have gone with WES , they received my papers Feb.9 , and i got them back March.1

WES is the fastest. I had mine done within one month.. I heard ICAS takes about 4 month from somewhere in forum, not sure though.. Better go with WES Dude

I checked the same thing yesterday. ICAS are quoting 17 weeks turnaround, WES are quoting a month (and this is backed up by responses to my post yesterday)

WES received all my documents by February 6 and I got my ECA on March 2.
