For Pakistani's, I just Uploaded Attested documents from HEC. Nothing else. And paid fee.
Hey my college had agreed to send the transcripts online so I had checked that option and paid the fees but now they are refusing so I want to upload the transcripts my self. Anyway they allow it?
Get your Degrees attested from HEC and Atleast open website of https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/ to make an account, Then proceed for new application, Enter University details, And Degree details you want to get attested. At the 3rd last stage, they will ask for Scan attested degrees and upload. just upload. its simple as that.
