i tried looking for answer to this but i cant find it. Basically problem is, i did LCCI secretarial course in 1989 to 1991 from bolton college. When i went to them for transcripts, i do have my original certificates. They told me they dont keep any records past 10 year mark and they issued a stamped letter to that effect to show for lack of transcripts. Now LCCI got taken over by pearson vue in 1998, so i went to them and they confirmed that anything pre 1998 they dont deal with or keep. This left us in a lurch, now i heard before that immigration can accept a letter to as to why a ECA wasnt done with good reasons. WES also did a ECA which states only that i did post secondary career training course from bolton college for 2 years.
Now my question is is this good enough for Express entry? i am waiting on a job offer pending LMO for ti to be done and it is slow paced. Any help or advice will be appreciated.
