I see most of the institutions below require us to submit sealed, stamped original copies at the University as well Secondary Education level.
For university I can request transcripts and get them but I won't be able to get original copy for secondary school education.
Is the any of the below institution accept photocopies or notarized copies for Secondary Education ECA evalution.
