ECA for a Masters but not my PhD. Do I mention PhD?

Hey all,

I got got my Bachelors and Masters verified with ECA a while back and I got max points with my IELTS score for my EE. I had not received my PhD at that time so I never got it verified.

I finally decided to apply for Express entry and ended up getting an ITA. In the application/profile i had mentioned that I have a PhD but selected the option that it is not verified. I only selected and provided ECA information for the Masters and Bachelors.

At the document upload, do I still upload this PhD certificate or is it not required? Or should I go and try getting it verified. I think it will take time, and if so, is it worth still verifying it to upload after submitting my fees/documents.

Take the PhD out of Education History and put it in Personal History.

If you aren't getting any points for it, it's just wasted space.It will make no difference to your application.
