When I applied for ECA, I had only one masters and I was in the process of getting a second masters. I have claimed points based on the first masters only. I completed the second masters after the ECA was done. Do I need to get an ECA for the 2nd masters (since I'm entering it in my Personal History)?

If your second masters is not part of your education for which you are getting points and your first master's degree evaluation had come back with a Canadian equivalency of a master's degree, then you can simply put your second masters only in your personal history and you would not need an eca.
