ECA for 2 year PG from Welingkar, India

Hi Friends,

I got my ECA from WES and they stated the below for my welingkar MBA
Any idea which other ECA institue will accept our PG course and give us points

Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education

You claimed points for Masters but this course is a diploma you wont get points for Masters.

i have another question, as my Canada equivalence shows the below.
So when i create my EE profile and in Education history, i input one qualification as "Bachelor degree" as provided in there dropdown menu and another Diploma as
"Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute"

Hi Sanket,

Can you please help me with this one?
Even I have completed my MBA through Welingkar ( Distance Learning) and graduated in the same year 2015.
I saw you ECA and it says "
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education
credential" does it mean that now I cannot get any points under 1 or 2 more certificates.

Or is there any way out or if you can suggest some other institute who can evaluate MBA from welingkar. Since I don't have any other certificates I rely on this one for extra points. I have done my bachelor's from University of Mumbai (BHM)

My distance PGDM for the year 2013-2015 from Welingkars was assessed positively by IQAS. So all those with courses from Welingkars can try getting ECA from IQAS.

Is Welingkars an autonomous institution? kindly confirm since i did a 2 yr aicte approved pgdm from an in institution in 2011-13 which became autonomous only in 2012. kindly advice.

Great to know that your credential was positively assessed by IQAS.

I have also sent to IQAS for my PG Diploma in Finance year 2009-2011. It's still in process
On certificate its mentioned as 'Recognised by DEC,Govt of India.'

Do you think even this will be positively assessed?

Please advise.
