ECA evaluation of M.TECH from I.K Gujral PTU

I have done my M.TECH(IT) from IK Gujral PTU university so i should go for which organization for my ECA?

Go for WES, its fast but requires your University to send the transcripts directly to them
Go for IQAS if your University hands over sealed transcripts directly to you, its slow

I did not got my answer but i researched a lot on this and applied from WES so its been 1 week. it will take 35 days to get result. I will update here for you if you want whenever i will get my result from wes.
