My university doesn't send transcripts directly to WES canada. Have few questions:
1) Can I use University of Toronto ECA instead and send transcripts myself to them?
2) Has anyone used UOT ?
3) If not UOT, what instiution is best for evaluation ?
4) I've done bachelors in Biotech from Kurukustra University and Masters (MBA in human resource) from a different University. Do I need to get transcripts for both?
