ECA - Do i need it for masters, bachelors, 12th and 10th

Hi,

I have done 10th, 12th and Bachelors from India and Masters from Australia. Currently, I am in Australia. Do I need ECA for Masters only or 10th, 12th and Bachelors?

It will be really tough to get ECA for 10th , 12th and Bachelors because the documents needs to be send by the Education Authority in India directly to the accessing body in canada. I am not sure how that is going to happen. If needed, How can i get it done without the need to travel back to India.
Any suggestion is helpful.

You only need to send Masters and Bachelors transcripts and degree certificate.

For your bachelors, somebody else can also do it, depending on your university.

I have done B.Tech (computer science) from Beant college, Gurdaspur affiliated to Punjab technical university. Can anyone guide me through the process of getting ECA from PTU?
