Hello everyone, My Date of Birth is wrong in ECA and I have to submit documents in next few days to CIC. WES started inquiring about the issue and I guess it might take many days to process, but before that my days of submission for documents will get expired after ITA. Shall I state this in Letter of Explanation and proceed for submission. Or should I consider declining invitation.
Kindly advice how to deal this issue, Expecting your advice.

No, definitely don't decline the invitation. This is WES's mistake, just let IRCC know in the LOE about the issue and that WES will correct it once they verify the information, and that this is already being done. In the meantime, you are submitting your application as all other information in your ECA is correct.

Then, when you receive the amended electronic copy of the ECA, raise a webform and and attach it to that, and state here is the correct version for their record.

Your evaluation is completed by WES and any clerical errors does not revoke your ECA and henceforth you are absolutely in your right to use this document, however do attach an LOE on top of it explaining the situation and attach to that the email you have sent to WES to request the change and their response (if any).

But , DO NOT decline the invitation , they are getting harder to come by , so don't waste your golden ticket.

Regards
