In my experience, you should have received it already. I would contact WES if I were you (most effective way for me was to contact them through messaging on Facebook). Did you check your email to make sure the emailed report wasn't sent to your SPAM folder? The hard-copy mailed report will take a while to get to you...

you can view your report online after logging in to your account for the soft copy for the file and request another hard copy in the meantime
