My Evaluation says:
Canadian Equivalency: Completion of a career training program
What does that mean? It doesn't match any of the options for CIC:

Which option should I choose?
Since I have Red Seal Journeyman in trade, should i put that in Study section?
If so, then what is the Level of education for it?
I took the exam when i arrived, after getting Alberta trades to verify my qualifications (which in my opinion CIC SHOULD accept these as ECA's!)
My trade is a 4 year program in Canada.
Is there an email address to contact CIC with questions like this?
