ECA Assessment (Pakistani)

I am a bit concerned over the assessment of a degree , had asked many ppl but thought it better to open a thread in here to get experts' opinion.

question is:
-how many years of study are awarded by any ECA body for the Masters in Public Adminsitration (Bs Hons. + MS = 17yearss study) completed from Karachi university.

kindly reply and/or give suggestions.
