This is for a friend, who graduated from University of Mumbai, with a Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LLb), and practiced under a senior lawyer for many years.
Can someone please help us with the following questions:
1. Primary applicant (my friend) is a practicing lawyer, who previously worked under a senior lawyer, in his chambers, for more than 3 years. Her remuneration/salary was in cash/cheque. What documents should be submitted for proof of experience? Will a Job Letter on the letter head of her senior lawyer, just do okay?
2. Has anybody, who's done BCom/LLB from Mumbai University, who processed their ECA? Is anybody abreast with the recent procedures?
Do we have to get marksheets, or transcripts from her college for BCom?
Any help would be appreciated
