Easy question (I hope)

Hello again everyone
We are just finishing off our forms and DHL are coming to pick them up next Tuesday. Yay!
I am the applicant and my partner Ashley is the sponsor (common-law).
On the form IMM5406e - Additional Family Information, am I right in assuming that I put my partner's details down in the 'Spouse or Common-Law Partner' area in section A?
I just wanted to check this form wasn't only for my family that are not Canadian citizens.
