i agree with nmeka...

first step get ur ielts General test
second step wes for your bachelors if its not from canada
third step create EE profile and see what your score is (only if you can get employment letter and pay stubs from your previous employer from your home country).
then if your CRS is more than 460-470 which i think you shall have as you have canadian education , you might get a ITA to apply.
there is no harm in trying right now as it wont cost your much (just ielts fee and WES fee and if you get ITA you do not have to show Proof of funds as you have a job right now and you will only have to pay processing fee and RPRF which will be 1040$).

so if i was you i would give it a go.

hope this helps
Thanks,
I have pay slips and employment letter in my email from old employer, which can be verified but the old job experience from back home was title as " Assistant Manager - Marketing " ( i gave those documents while I applied for my study visa)

second step wes for your bachelors if its not from canada - its not from Canada also I have MBA from back home + bachelors from back home + Masters from ontario.
I dont know what does WES mean here. how to get it?

Thanks again

Yes, because EE system calculates experience by months, not dates. So you have to be very careful and make sure that you do indeed already have the experience you got your points for, because your CRS score will be later reviewed by an IRCC officer, and they will count the days, not months.

Just a little correction: for FSW, you need a reference letter from your previous employer that meets the IRCC requirements. The pay stubs are an additional document that could support your case, but they are not a requirement.

As for the funds - I thought only people with LMIA jobs were exempt from the PoF requirement? Is it actually any job, not necessarily with LMIA?

i agree with you... the refrence letter has to be as same NOC as your are applying under....

and for funds i think you dont need to show...but i might be wrong

well you can apply for NOC assistant manager marketing (check your NOC code) and as you say you have pay stubs and exp letter from your old employer that qualifies you for FSW but you have a different job now which is a completely diff NOC i am not really sure how to go about it you can ask asivad or other seniors in the forum
you also have ielts.

wes is an agency which evaluates your education credentials to canadian standards(evaluate your bachelors as its not from canada) and then check your CRS score

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

see what your score is and then you can proceed.

as per the funds i think you dont need to show any proof of funds as you are currently in canada and have a job but as you are applying under FSW

so if I want to apply right now then I can go under FSW or I can wait 10 months and I can apply under CEC when I get 1520 hours, right?

Hello, I am master student with full time job in reputed company in ONTARIO. I was in process of applying for ontario PNP but they closed it for this year because of quota ( more details here http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html ). Now, they will reopen in JAN 2017. I want to know if there is any other way to get PR?

FOLLOWING ARE MY DETAILS:
0. I came as international student in 2014.
1.I have Master's degree from ONtario university which makes me eligible for Ontario PNP.
2.I have full time job offer title "NETWORK ENGINEER" which comes under "NOC 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers) SKILL TRADE A ".
3. I have valid OPEN work permit up to 2019 feb.
4. I have valid IELTS with 7.0 GENERAL(CORRECTED) band valid up to 2018 FEB
5. i have MBA from back home + bachelors from back home
6. I have work experience from back home + pay slips [ which i submitted while i applied for study visa ]

Please answer that:
--->>> which option is best for me right now to go for Permanent Residency?
OR
--->> should I wait for Ontario PNP to open but if i wait for OntarioPNP it will take around one year from now to get it AND then after getting ontario PNP it will take 1 more year to GET permanent residency.

Please advice I am pretty confused.

What is your current CRS score?.
I believe with your credentials it should be above 450.

My recommendation. Their is never a harm in creating an express entry profile if you have given IELTS. you never know when oppurtunity might strike.
When you will create EE profile it will tell you which stream you are eligibile for /or not.
After you finish 10 months at your current job your score will be re-evaluated and you will get credit for 1 year experience which will make you eligible for CEC at that time.

So if you wanna know what's right for you just fill up the EE profile.

Careful about this - regardless of the job title, you have to perform a substantial number of the "main duties" in the job description when matching your job with the NOC. (The main evidence is your employer's letter of recommendation, which must be written AFTER you complete 1 year of employment, to qualify for CEC.)

YES, if you qualify

or I can wait 10 months and I can apply under CEC when I get 1520 hours, right?

ER - if you are working full-time, forget the "1520" hours, that info is only for part-time applicants. You need 12 months (52 weeks) of full-time employment to qualify for CEC.

WES is one of the designated organizations that performs the Educational Credentials Assessment (ECA) for Federal Skilled Workers.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

It is required for FSW applicants (before you submit your profile), if you do not have a degree from Canada. It is not required for CEC applicants, but you won't gain points for that education unless you do the ECA.

BUT - Since you have already completed a master's in Canada, and you won't gain any extra points from your other degrees, you can safely skip the ECA.

what is Employer's letter of recommendation? what written in it?

You could start by going to the <a href="http://www.cic.gc.ca">CIC website</a>. All your answers are already there.

If you succeed at getting an invitation to apply, you will have to provide documentation as part of your complete application - it is all described here -
