Early PR card renewal

Hi there,

I got my PR May 2017 and my card will expire July 2022. Planning to go for vacation in 2019 and Im planning to renew my passport too as it expires in June 2019. Can I renew my PR card as early as next year so I can change my married name that will be the same as my passport after I renew it? Please let me know. Thank you so much
