Hello, i have applied earlier in Express entry and i was rejected for other reason. Now i want to apply again but the problem is when i applied earlier i mention in one of my job reference letter that i was working from 2012 april to 2013 october. Actually i worked upto may 2013. May be they had not verify with employer. so can i change that information in next application? The keep record?

If you have will not claim points for that experience, they will not evaluate you on previous file. Everything will be new.

Are you trying to say CIC doesn't consult your old files when processing a new application that you have sent? For example, you apply for a visitors visa and don't include that you have been refused visa before although you have. CIC goes ahead to approve your visa application. Now you want to make a new application say, Study permit but want to include that you were refused visa in the past. Can't CIC check with your old file and charge you with Misrepresentation on the previous application?

But I think since the applicant has corrected the misrepresentation in a new application(voluntarily, not that CIC found out), do you think they could still charge him for misrepresentation and not approve the new application?

Take note that: The applicant did not misrepresent in this new application.
