EApr application fee debit/credit card

Hi,
I have to submit my eAPr application soon but I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by a visa debit card? I am in India.

I am asking because I read that ONLY credit cards are acceptable.

My deadline to apply is 22 August. Please help me. Thank you.

If your card supports online transactions, you can pay using debit card
