Need your guidance, My son has worked in 4 firms , among them first one is in US, in which management has changed ,cant get experience letter, next one is an MNC in India where he was in contract, and the firm refused to give experience letter, but he has the offer letter, payslip, relieving letter etc, but the consultant had asked him to do self declaration in a stamp paper signed by a Notary, will they accept e-stamp paper, received ITA on Nov 15 2017
